Purpose & Hosting: This data is collected natively via Google Forms and securely stored within our Google Workspace infrastructure (Google Drive/Google Sheets) managed by Google Ireland Limited. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and provide updates regarding club activities. Your data will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

1.2. Server Logs and Hosting Infrastructure (Google Sites)

Our website is hosted on Google Sites (provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you access our site, Google automatically collects and stores technical connection data (such as IP addresses, access timestamps, browser type, and system specifications) in server log files to ensure technical stability, performance, and security.

Note: Unless Google Analytics is explicitly enabled on this site, we do not use third-party tracking cookies or profile visitor behavior.

1.3. Embedded Content from Third-Party Providers

We embed third-party services on our Google Site to enhance functionality:

• YouTube Videos: Watching embedded YouTube videos transmits your IP address and interaction data to Google/YouTube.

1.4. Embedded Ticketing Service (Pretix)

We use the ticketing service Pretix (operated by rami.io Softwareentwicklung, Streitfeldstr. 21, 81673 Munich, Germany) to facilitate ticket purchases for our events. When purchasing tickets via Pretix, the following data is processed:

• Name and Email Address (for ticket delivery and order updates)

• Payment Details (processed securely by Pretix and its integrated payment processors)

Data Responsibility: Pretix acts as an independent data controller. We do not store or process your financial/payment details directly, though we may access non-sensitive order summaries (e.g., ticket counts) for organizational purposes.

2. Legal Basis for Processing
